![]() To me, that's rather slick for the job it's supposed to do. This one runs as a background service that creates a video on keyboard shortcut. Hope someone finds this helpful.Quoting: randyl Quoting: katp32You can do this with OBS as well, it's pretty cool ^-^The article mentions OBS and how that is a much heavier option. Check the folder you pointed to and make sure it saved the clip. Now you're good to go, press the button i mentioned earlier to save the last x minutes (like I said I use alt+m) and it should work. You should get a notifiaction that says "instant replay is now on" and the little icon will be at the bottom right (or wherever you put the status indicator). You can open the overlay menu (alt+z) or use the shortcut (alt+shift+f10 if memory serves me right). When you load into the game, make sure instant replay is on. I use 1 minute at in game resolution, 60fps, 50mbps because I find I have enough space for it, and I find 1 minute to be more than long enough for 99% of things I want to capture. Finally the video capture settings, here you can chose the length and quality of the recordings. In the overlay menu, make sure you set "status indicator" to any corner you like, I prefer bottom right. Set that to any file on your hard drive, I have a folder called "shadowplay" in my E drive documents. ![]() Go to the recordings page, here you can chose where the clips are saved, very important if you have an ssd and a hard drive like I do. Theres also an option to toggle microphone on and off, that is useful as well. ![]() Open geforce experience overlay settings (alt+z i believe) and go to keybinds, theres an option for "save the last xxx minutes", make sure you memorize that bind (or use anything you like, I use alt+m). ![]()
